Nancy brings direct administrative experience to efforts to develop and manage programs, grantmaking programs, and organizations. This experience, combined with her consulting expertise, allow her to hit the ground running to serve in an interim capacity or to support existing administrative teams to assess and strengthen their programs and operations.

Whether planning for programming or organization stability and growth, Nancy and her team provide structure and facilitation for needs assessment and planning processes that combine existing and new quantitative and qualitative data with the expertise of the client and their community to identify values, key needs, issues, opportunities, obstacles, and to develop methods to achieve goals.

Nancy and her team use quantitative and
qualitative methods for large and small, single- and
multi- site evaluations for public and non-profit clients. Methods include interviewing, focus groups, and surveying; as well as use of quantitative data sets. They emphasize use of existing databases where possible and raising the capacity of small agencies to participate in evaluation through simplified methods and extensive technical assistance.
