Nancy J. Frank offers "full circle" consulting services which include strategic planning, program development, and evaluation - with evaluation cycling back to inform planning.
She specializes in foundation, local government and non-profit grantmaking and service programs focused on safety net services to low income and immigrant communities. She particularly enjoys helping community-based agencies to “raise the bar” on their capacity to participate in evaluation efforts that are appropriate and meaningful to them as well as to their funders.
Nancy has a BA from Tufts University and an MPH from UC Berkeley, with additional coursework with the American Evaluation Association and The Evaluators' Institute. She is a member of the National Network of Consultants to Grantmakers.
Nancy's consulting practice draws from a team of expert partners and subcontractors as needed to provide outstanding service and value to her clients. Nancy herself has led over 50 consulting engagements.
